nature famous for its beautiful beaches and clear water, ibiza is also a great destination for everybody who loves to spend time in nature. cala salada, for instance, is a beautiful, rustic beach that seems to have been relatively unscathed. here, a small strip of sand is surrounded by wild nature with only very few sun beds, and clean turquoise water make it a popular choice for those looking to escape the noise and hustle of the island. one of ibiza’s most famous landmarks are the las salinas salt flats, located on the southern most tip of the island. these salt fields have been in use for over 2000 years. as the water evaporates during the hot summer months, a layer of pure salt is left on the bottom of the lakes.
